Solar Host is devoted to making Web Hosting Eco-Friendly!
For this reason we align all of our business operations to fall within in the following criteria:
- All of our servers should be 100% powered by renewable source energy (Solar Power).
- Data Center conditions must be 'green', including eco-friendly fire suppression, climate control and backup power sources.
- No customer should ever feel confused about their needs, nor should they feel under pressure to purchase.
- We should aim to reduce the value of each sale as far as possible, we shall do this by explaining to a customer how much space they need before making a sale.
- Customer Services should be prompt, accurate and explained in plain english. A customer should never have to contact us to follow up a query.
- Solar Host cares about the environment and our clients, customers should feel happy to be with us.
