• Data Center conditions must be 'green', including eco-friendly fire suppression, climate control and backup power sources.
• No customer should ever feel confused about their needs, nor should they feel under pressure to purchase.
• We should aim to reduce the value of each sale as far as possible; we shall do this by explaining to a customer how much space they need before making a sale.
• Customer Services should be prompt, accurate and explained in plain english. A customer should never have to contact us to follow up a query.
• Solar Host cares about the environment and our clients, customers should feel happy to be with us.
