Domain Handling
Your domain name is the address people type into their web-browser to access your website. When buying hosting from SolarHost you have 2 domain registration options:
1. Order a domain name through us (see below)
2. Order a domain via a third party and change the DNS record to connect it to our servers.
If you choose to use a thirdparty (such as 1&1, Godaddy or 123-Reg) you will need to activate DNS redirection, simple instructions for this can be found here.
At present we are able to register the following domains:
.co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, .com,
.org,
.net,
.biz,
.info,
.eu,
.us
