Refund / Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that sometimes users need to experience a product before being completely satisfied with the level and range of service. For this reason we allw customers a 14 day trial period on all new orders. During this time if you decide our products are not suitable for your needs we will offer you a refund in FULL - no quibbles. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

In most circumstances we do not offer compensation or refunds to users outside of the above timescale. This includes following periods of website unavailability or downtime, and due to loss of data or services. Many web hosting service providers like to baffel their customers with promises of 99.99999% uptime but usually this is nothing more than marketing speak. We instead offer our customers live monitoring data including uptime and responce times for our servers to allow customers to make a decision for themselves. Users are strongly advised to keep regular backups of their files and encouraged to work with us during any downtime period. We always strive to provide 100% uptime however due to the nature of the internet, hardware and connectivity /network issues this is not always possible. If a user decides that they wish to terminate a contract this will be dealt with on an individual basis, however no refunds or compensation will be offered in any other circumstances. We accept NO responsibility for loss of earnings or business due to websites being unavailable.
